DigiWin, a systems integrator and SAP services provider in China, achieved SAP’s Active Quality Management (AQM) partner accreditation for demonstrating its commitment to clear quality standards and processes in its SAP customer projects. The accreditation, available through the SAP Partner Service Delivery – Partner Quality Hub as part of the Partner Centers of Expertise, is a result of a series of rigorous audits that involved a detailed review of DigiWin’s quality processes, adherence to SAP ASAP methodology, and alignment of its quality philosophy with SAP’s 10 Quality Principles for successful bid and project management.
The AQM accreditation underscores DigiWin’s meticulous approach to serving its 30,000 customers. Through its focus on quality management, in alignment with SAP’s quality principles, DigiWin is well positioned to mitigate potential project risks and maximize benefits for its customers, thereby advancing project success. As Guobao Zhang, consulting manager at DigiWin, explains, “We never easily make a commitment to any of our customers. We have implemented a systematic customer assessment mechanism to identify the potential risks before we decide to join a certain bid.”
DigiWin has its headquarters in Shanghai. Founded in 2001, DigiWin today has 3,300 employees. It offers a full range of enterprise management software, such as productive data management and enterprise resources planning .
