Chief HR Officer Roundtable

The 10th annual Chief HR Officer Roundtable is organized and run by the Executive Value Network, a business community of practice for the Chief HR Officers of SAP’s strategic customers. The aim of the Executive Value Network is to support these businesses on their journey to become Best Run.

This event targets senior HR executives of large multinational organizations. And while the main topic of discussion will be SAP ERP HCM, the event will focus more on the broader business transformations that executives drive, and not so much on technical software implementations. Some of the discussion topics will include: current trends and market forces, setting up effective and efficient organizations, streamlining processes, developing talent in alignment with the business strategy, and making use of analytical information in that context. The network is a highly effective platform for an open exchange about what works and what does not in practice.
