SAP Recommends Dividend Increase

The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of SAP AG recommend that shareholders approve a dividend of Euro 0.46 per ordinary share at this year’s Annual General Meeting of shareholders. This would represent an increase of 27 percent over the 2005 dividend.

The annual general shareholder meeting of SAP AG on Tuesday approved all agenda items with a large majority. For the 2005 fiscal year, shareholders will receive a dividend of Euro 1.45 per share (2004: Euro 1.10). This is a 32 percent increase over the previous year’s dividend. With a dividend payout ratio of 30 percent (previous year: 26 percent), a total of Euro 447 million will be paid out to shareholders (previous year: Euro 340 million).

The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of SAP AG recommend that shareholders approve a dividend of Euro 1.10 per ordinary share at this year’s Annual General Meeting. This would represent an increase of 37.5 percent over the 2003 dividend of Euro 0.80 per ordinary share.
