The tailored service packages previously offered by banks are increasingly becoming the responsibility of service providers that mass-deliver standardized services using industrial-like processes. Traditional and outdated application landscapes are unable to effectively support these diverse requirements. A service architecture enables banking processes to be mapped in software applications.
