The international chemicals group ALTANA Chemie and Accenture signed a three-year outsourcing agreement under which Accenture will manage ALTANA Chemie’s global IT service desk across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Americas and China. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.

On March 2, SAP AG employees voted against the creation of a committee to conduct a works council election by an overwhelming majority. The SAP Executive Board felt obliged to evaluate all available options to ensure compliance with this clear mandate from SAP employees.
