Elbe Gets Off to a Flying Start with SAP SI

At EADS Elbe Flugzeugwerke GmbH (EFW), SAP Systems Integration AG (SAP SI) has replaced the legacy production control system, implemented the SAP for Aerospace & Defense industry solution together with nine SAP-modules, and connected external systems. These systems include the ERP solution of Airbus, applications used by suppliers, and a high-rack storage area. Today, more than 500 employees at Elbe Flugzeugwerke GmbH use SAP solutions for all processes.
