KG enhanced its SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) application with additional campaign and event management applications to gain an overview of all of its marketing activities and measure their success.

Authorized employees have access to key performance indicators and reports on IT projects and building management at the touch of a button. And role-based self-services bring many HR functions directly to the workforce.
