Hardly any industry in Europe is undergoing such drastic changes as the utilities industry. The EU directives on the liberalization of the electricity and gas market require huge investments. The Utilities working group of the German SAP user group DSAG has looked in detail at the requirements. Its unanimous opinion: At some point, SAP ERP 6.0 will be a must for every company.

The Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of SAP AG recommend that shareholders approve a dividend of Euro 0.46 per ordinary share at this year’s Annual General Meeting of shareholders. This would represent an increase of 27 percent over the 2005 dividend.
