The Logistics Service Providers work group, part of the German-Speaking SAP User Group (DSAG), was launched in March 2008. The group is currently focusing on usability in SAP add-on solutions for logistics service providers and integrating the SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) and SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) applications in the SAP product portfolio.

The Service Provisioning Markup Language (SPML) standard enables automatic identity provisioning – even across different companies. Authorized employees have access to key performance indicators and reports on IT projects and building management at the touch of a button. And role-based self-services bring many HR functions directly to the workforce.
